AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS. Very comfortably furnished throughout to a very high standard this spacious 5 star villa provides an excellent holiday home. From the large front covered terrace, the main entrance opens into the Living/dining room with comfy seating area Satellite TV, DVD with French doors opening to the poolside and relaxing gardens. An inner archway leads into the bright and sunny well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/gas hob, fridge-freezer and separate area with the washing machine. One attractive twin bedroom has an adjacent full shower room. |
Stairs lead up from the living room to the first floor (for child safety, at the top of these stairs is a solid wooden stairgate). The impressive Master double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with direct access to the upper sun terrace with fine views to the mountains, share a large full bath/shower room. The second double bedroom and a further twin bedroom share an adjacent full shower room. Each of these bedrooms enjoy lovely views to the pool and gardens. Central heating for early and late season lets.
Note; The air conditioning is on a 'timer' for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact our representative. Extra air conditioning MAY be available on request - payable locally. |

| SURROUNDINGS - FURTHER INFORMATION - PRICES |
The mature and well maintained gardens are a particular feature, including the relaxing water  fountain feature, good sized lawn, ancient Date Palms, many colourful shrubs and terracota pots decked with tumbling red Geraniums. By the cooling kitchen terrace is the brick built BBQ and patio. The poolside casita has a `Suana`, shower room and a bar with a conveniently located chilled drinks fridge - so you do not have to exert too much energy in reaching for them!. To one side of the mozaic tiled swimming pool is a large open patio furnished with comfortable reclining sun loungers and a circular, refreshing `Jacuzzi`. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
