 As Villa Capricorn is built on sloping ground, the front of the villa is raised above the level of the garden, with views of the beach. On the raised terrace is a kidney shaped pool, 6 metres by 4 metres, with Roman steps. The garden is planted with palms and shrubs and a lawned area, surrounded by hedges. The villa itself is surrounded by paved areas and is set back from the road, being reached by a private driveway. On entering C'an Capricorn, four steps lead up the front porch and door, opening into a sitting room, furnished with sofas, occasional tables, decorative fireplace, ceiling fan and with patio doors onto the pool terrace. Up two steps is the dining area, with ceiling fan and patio doors leading onto the other side of the terrace. There is satellite television with Sky news and CNN, and a DVD player in the villa and you can take your own DVDs to play or obtain them in Cala d'Or. |
| ACCOMMODATION |
 From the dining area, a small hall leads to the bedrooms. There are four twin bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and large fitted cupboards. One bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, has patio doors onto the pool terrace. One bedroom with ensuite shower has a separate entrance from the front terrace. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. All are well fitted and furnished, all bathrooms have shower facilities and are tiled throughout. C'an Capricorn is a lovely villa, with everything one could wish for to make a successful, family holiday. The Cala d'Or marina is a few minutes walk away, with top class restaurants, bars and shops, there is a supermarket very close by and the beach is opposite. |
| SURROUNDINGS - FURTHER INFORMATION - PRICES |
 The modern kitchen is to one side of the entrance area and is fully fitted with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, quality crockery and cutlery. A side door opens onto a terrace beside the pool, with a brick built barbeque. There is also a separate area with washing machine and laundry facilities. Also beside the front door is a fully equipped shower room, which is most convenient for use when coming in from the pool. |
