 This modern villa offers spacious, high standard accommodation all on one floor. From the entrance hall is the living/dining room with satellite TV. The teak fitted kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit, gas cooker, washing machine and walk-in pantry. The master twin bedroom has full en-suite bath/shower room whilst two further twin bedrooms (one with French doors to the rear sun terrace) share the second full bath/shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. WHEELCHAIRS. This house is suitable for wheelchairs. The land is flat and there are no steps except one doorstep by the front door and one door step from the living room to the rear terrace. The width of the door to the bathroom/toilet is 57 centimetres. Please contact our office for further assistance. |
| SURROUNDINGS - FURTHER INFORMATION - PRICES |
 From the living/dining room, French doors open to the furnished rear sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool and lawns. The brick built BBQ is set in one corner of the colourful gardens with a variety of Palm trees and exotic shrubs. From the rooftop sun terrace you can just see the blue Mediterranean sea.
