A stone staircase leads up to a large very comfortable master suite of double bedroom, full bathroom with shower facility and separate toilet, extensive fitted wardrobes, a small sitting room opening onto a secluded sun terrace. The suite is equipped with ceiling fan and is absolutely private. From the main terrace, steps lead down to the garden, pool and a separate apartment with large sitting room and spacious twin bedroom, both with ceiling fans. Off the bedroom is a full bathroom with shower facility. The kitchenette with fridge is intended for drinks and cold snacks.

Just inside by the door into the apartment is a fully equipped shower room, which is most useful when coming out of the pool. The large pool, with Roman steps, slopes in depth from about 3 feet to about 8 feet and is surrounded by sun terraces with sun loungers. A table, chairs and umbrella are beside the pool and from there is a view of the Cala d'Or beach, about 50 yards away. Around the edge of the pool is lightweight wire fencing and a gate opening onto the steps into the pool.
