This beautiful newly built stone villa is set within a secluded countryside position affording wonderful views across the countryside to the schimmering blue Mediterranean sea. There is plenty of space for children to play within the colourful gardens surrounding the villa,, further benefiting from the natural setting of the Almond and `Garrovers` grove. It is hard to believe you are only a few minutes drive from `cosmoplitan` Cala Dor and with so many pristine sandy coves located along these shores, this is an excellent family holiday choice. |

Three very attractive twin bedrooms have two shower rooms and 1 full bathroom. From the hallway stairs lead up to The Master double bedroom with full ensuite bath/shower room and French doors opening to the sun terrace with wonderful far reaching 180 degree views. A separate door at both ends of the hallway open to the rooftop sun terrace. Furnished throughout to a very high standard with Cooling Fans in all Bedrooms. |
