There is a private parking and the villa is fitted with a burglar alarm for added security. This is a stunning villa, situated in a quiet area on the edge of the marina, minutes walk from excellent restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of Cala d’Or. |

The villa sleeps six people and has been furnished and fitted to the highest standard and all rooms are fully air conditioned. There are three double bedrooms, all with king size or super king size beds. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is a third bathroom. |

 The sitting room has English Sky TV and DVD and video and CD players. The dining area is beautifully furnished and there is also an outside dining area together with sun loungers, looking out over the marina. There is a very private pool, a BBQ and a mature garden, together with a community pool behind the villa. Upstairs is another sunbathing area overlooking the marina. The luxury kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a private parking and the villa is fitted with a burglar alarm for added security. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
