 Situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove, way up in the Pollença hills, this rustic farmhouse commands glorious views towards Cala Sant Viçenç, Puig Maria, Pollença and the bay of Alcúdia with distant mountain ranges; a completely tranquil ambience. Approached off a winding single track lane, an arched covered terrace has a characteristic polished stone dining table overlooking the oval-shaped, floodlit swimming pool with furnished sun terraces. The wrought-iron BBQ is next to the original bread oven where you can bake your own bread. |

| THE ACCOMMODATION |
 Upon entering is the spacious hall with an inner archway leading into the living/dining room with stone walls, feature fireplace and Satellite TV. The modern pine kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit and walk-in larder. The patio doorway opens from the kitchen out to the poolside terraces for those ice-chilled drinks. From the living room a second inner archway leads into one double bedroom with private bath/shower room and secluded sun terrace. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower and half-size bath. FREE STANDING FANS IN EACH BEDROOM. This house is superbly furnished throughout in high quality Mallorcan rustic style with many interesting artefacts and features. COOK AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. |

| SURROUNDINGS |
 GATED SWIMMING POOL. The swimming pool area can now be closed off for children. Outside, a little casita has a shower room and houses the washing machine. A further bonus is the upper sun terrace, just relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Ideally located for walking in the Pollenca hills and for cycling enthusiasts. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
