Over the past 12 months we have watched this 'farmhouse ruin' transformed into one of our finest country houses. Great attention and patience has been required to retain so many original features, artefacts, interior stone walls and beamed ceilings, all now so beautifully restored. Whilst the natural, rustic ambience has been retained, all modern requirements are installed to provide an extremely comfortable home for a relaxing holiday. |

Upon entering through the Oak-studded front door the accommodation offers; Living/dining room - this very spacious family room has a spendid elegant atmosphere, further complimented with plush furnishings and Satellite TV, CD player OR DVD. The modern high quality fitted kitchen has breakfast/dining area, microwave, fridge/freezer, attractive fitted cupboards, electric oven/gas hob and dishwasher. The utility room houses the washing machine and ironing board. The superior Master double bedroom has teak fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bath/shower room. A further two twin bedrooms also with teak fitted wardrobes, share one full bath/shower room. |

| SURROUNDINGS - FURTHER INFORMATION - PRICES |
 Dining al-fresco is one of the great pleasures of a farmhouse holiday and Finca Butxaco has a covered terrace with BBQ and ample sun terraces to enjoy pre-dinner drinks. The sparkling and crystal clear swimming pool has `child friendly` Roman steps, relaxing sun terraces with comfortably furnished,reclining sun loungers, all set amidst the colourful and Olyander scented gardens with ancient Carob and Olive trees providing welcome summer shade. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
Located only a short walk from Finca El Creve - larger parties can book both houses to sleep upto 18 persons.
