`Es Rafael` is set in a very tiny hamlet with just two houses and enjoys complete privacy combined with total seclusion and serene calm. Set in extensive lawned and mature colourful gardens bordered by Olive and Pine trees all setting the scene for a relaxing holiday amidst some of Mallorca`s beautiful unspoilt countryside. The picturesque villages of Buger (where the pace of life certainly can`t get much slower!) and renown caves of Campanet are only a few minutes drive away. For those who can tear themselves away from this idyllic house, cosmopolitan Pollenca and the beaches of Cala Sant Vicenc or Puerto Pollenca are only a easy 15 minutes drive away. |

ACCOMMODATION |

All on one floor, the accommodation throughout has been lovingly restored, without regard to cost, (by our good friends Barbara and Tomeu) to retain the wealth of wooden beams, original earthen ware tiles and interesting rustic implements all helping to create a truly beautiful and characteristic - home from home. The Main house has an inviting lounge with dining area, DVD, Satellite TV, feature fireplace and patio doors opening to the gardens. Modern farmhouse style fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Two characteristic twin bedrooms each have one full bath/shower room. |
AIR CONDITIONING IN BOTH BEDROOMS AND LOUNGE. Across from the courtyard is the enchanting `Garden Casita` with one twin bedroom and en-suite shower room. This room is most suitable for aupair/nanny, grandparents, friends or teenagers desiring a degree of `freedom`. Cooling terracotta tiled floors and charmingly furnished throughout.
Note; The air conditioning is on a 'timer' for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact our representative. Extra air conditioning MAY be available on request - payable locally. |

| SURROUNDINGS - FURTHER INFORMATION - PRICES |
 A very special feature is the `cobbled courtyard` ideal for al-fresco dining and simply relaxing whilst overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. For those with children there is plenty of space to play and the owner has very thoughtfully made the swimming pool `child friendly` and helpful for non swimmers by making a gradually shelving entrance at the shallow end. Brick built BBQ and comfortably furnished sun terraces further complement this `Jewel` of a holiday farmhouse. Highly recommended and ONE 1 BROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
