We are delighted that the owners of Finca Las Matorell decided to completely restore this beautiul 300 year old farmhouse. Recently completed, the transformation has to be seen to be fully appreciated and the result is stunning. All the original features have been painstakingly preserved along with many intresting rustic artefacts. Built around an open -ended cobblestone courtyard this stone clad house provides a very relaxing and peaceful ambience. |

ACCOMMODATION |

The customary front arched entrance opens into the entrance hall and on further into the living room with three piece suite cushioned sofa seating area, feature fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD and French doors opening to the `feature` courtyard. The attractive dining room has a solid Oak seven seater dining table, inner 'stonewall' features and three twin doors opening to the poolside terraces with pleasing views of the scented gardens. Delightfully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, infra-red hob/gas oven and large fridge/freezer, twin sink unit (and the original 200 year old stone sink), walk in pantry and side door to the BBQ terrace. The Master double bedroom (bed 190cmx150cm) has fitted wardrobes, side door to the poolside terraces and full en-suite marble bath/shower room with heated towel rail. Two comfortable twin bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, share the adjacent deluxe, marble, full bath/shower room. Guests cloakroom. |
Stairs lead up to the open landing area with a stone archway opening into the single bedroom with a shower room. AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS and central heating is available as required for early and late season holidays. Las Matorell is suitable for wheelchairs so please call our office with your individuals needs.
Note; The air conditioning is on a 'timer' for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact our representative. Extra air conditioning MAY be available on request - payable locally.

| SURROUNDINGS - FURTHER INFORMATION - PRICES |
 Outside, the courtyard is a natural sunbathing area, with very spacious furnished poolside terraces. Next to the original (still working) bread oven is the brick built BBQ with washing facilities and covered dining terrace. The brand new mozaic tiled swimming pool is set amidst a grassed area and fruit orchard with Orange and Lemon trees. In the mornings you can pick your own Oranges each day and enjoy a drink of freshly sqeezed Orange juice, in the evenings pick some lemons for your evening cocktails. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
