Approached via the gated driveway, this stunning newly built `stone clad` country cottage is set off a country track in the `La Font` area of Pollenca - an ideal holiday retreat within 20 minutes walk to Pollenca. The gardens are full of Olive trees (hence the name Les Oliveras) and have views to the mountains. The ever popular beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala Sant Vicenc are all within a few minutes drive. |

The cottage is very comfortably furnished in attractive local style with the added benefit of full AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms. Upon entering is the spacious living/dining room with comfy sofas, Satellite TV and DVD player. Open plan modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. Master double bedroom with fitted Pine wardrobes and en-suite bath/shower room with `Romanesque tiles`. One twin bedroom with adjacent full bath/shower room. ( A third bedroom with twin beds is available if required). Utility room with washing machine.
Note; The air conditioning is on a 'timer' for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact our representative. Extra air conditioning MAY be available on request - payable locally. |

 Outside, the brand new swimming pool with `child friendly`Roman steps has comfortably furnished sun terraces with grassed areas. The front covered terrace is an ideal `al-fresco` dining area where you can enjoy the freshly cooked BBQ`s and chilled drinks whilst watching the children playing in the pool/gardens and enjoying the Mallorcan sunshine. Highly recommended for couples and small families.
