This beautifully presented stone clad farmhouse is set amidst immaculately maintained gardens in a very secluded and quiet location midway between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca with the nearest sandy beach only five minutes drive away. Particularly appealing is the overall relaxed and airy feeling of this house, very suitable for guests wanting a flavour of real Mallorcan life combined with modern amenities. |

The inviting interior is very well furnished and lovingly cared for by the very proud owners - Francesca and Tomeu. The well fitted Pine kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, fridge/freezer and breakast area. Living room with Satellite TV, DVD, dining area with solid Oak dining table and a quiet seating area with French doors opening to the poolside terraces. The first bedroom is an attractive twin with lovely garden views and has adjacent full bath/shower room. Stairs lead up to two further bedrooms , one double and one twin also with views to the pool, gardens/countryside and one full bath/shower room. Safety deposit box. Laundry room with washing machine in the Casita. |

The pretty BBQ casita offers extra kitchen facilities including a poolside drinks fridge, and shower room/wc. The charming, rustic straw covered BBQ dining terrace is ideal for enjoying alfresco meals and relaxing afternoon siestas. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
