From the Bouganvillea covered front terrace, the main entrance opens into the spacious Terracotta tiled living room with twin comfy three seater sofas, Satellite TV, DVD and a small library with the owners collection of books. A panelled glass door leads into the large family Pine fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker/hob, breakfast area and side door to the rear patio. Utility room with washing machine. A small staircase leads down to the Master double bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room and French doors opening to a covered terrace with garden and mountain views. One large twin bedroom and a further twin bedroom, each with garden views, share an adjacent full bath/shower room. |
The fourth bedroom is located in the poolside casita and has twin beds and a shower room. This bedroom is ideal for teenagers, grandparents or Aupair/Nanny. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and AIR CONDITIONING. The whole property is light, spacious and very welcoming.
Note; The air conditioning is on a 'timer' for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact our representative. Extra air conditioning MAY be available on request - payable locally. |

 To the rear of the house is a large covered dining patio with portable BBQ. This patio opens out onto the even larger and comfortably furnished sun terraces surrounding the crystal clear kidney shaped swimming pool. A `beach parasol` provides welcome shade from the summer sun. Colourful lantern-lit gardens with manicured hedges, sweet scented Olyanders and a grassed area on which children can play. Beyond the pool is a stone built BBQ casita with al-fresco dining area. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
