 Within 500 meters easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops in the typical Mallorcan village of Cas Concos, Moli den Cavea is set in a very quiet and restful location surrounded by glorious open countryside with far reaching views to the mountains. This 200 year old windmill has been completely restored to very high standards providing many modern requirements. All the original stone carved vaulted ceilings are fully preserved together with a wealth of original features and interesting artefacts reflecting a bygone age. |

| ACCOMMODATION |
 Upon entering is the sitting room with an interior 'well' feature. The original kitchen is now a cosy snug with an open fireplace and bread oven, from here is the lovely stonewall living room with Satellite TV (this room is refreshingly cool in summer months). A small open study is suitable for an extra bed if required. The comfortable dining room is combined with the very modern spacious pine fitted kitchen with poolside views and has dishwasher, microwave, gas hob/electric oven and full size fridge/freezer. A side door opens to the gardens, sun terraces and poolside shower room w/c with the washing machine. From the inner hall is the master double bedroom with pine fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bath/shower room. Two delightful twin bedrooms share an adjacent full bath/shower room. AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS. |

 Outside, the superb new mosaic tiled swimming pool with Roman steps, is surrounded by furnished sun terraces with cushioned sunloungers, set amidst manicured lawns and well-kept colourful gardens. Set in a quiet corner of the poolside terraces is an open sided casita with the brick built BBQ and covered dining terrace for those memorable al-fresco meals. To the rear of the house is a small flower covered patio, ideal for reflective moments or early evening cocktails. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED
