We are indeed privileged and absolutely delighted to be able to offer you this truly beautiful country farmhouse set in totally tranquil area of 'Son Negre' near Cas Concos - 'in the middle of nowhere' - an escapists dream. The stunning views on a clear day stretch right across the open plainlands of Mallorca to the distant northern Traumantana mountains - this really has to be seen to be fully appreciated. Adjacent, is one of the finest privately owned small vineyards in Mallorca - - when you are there we will show you where you can exclusively buy the wines. For equestrian lovers, within 5 minutes drive, is the superb local riding school, available for children/adults of all ages at all levels. |

From the front door is the small entrance hall opening into the spacious living room with twin comfy sofas, Satellite TV, CD music system and feature fireplace. The well furnished dining room has direct access to the gardens and poolside terraces. An inner archway leads to the modern pine fitted kitchen featuring all modern requirements including dishwasher, electric oven, infra-red hob, fridge/freezer, walk in pantry and side door to the poolside terraces. One attractive double bedroom with Pine fitted wardrobes has an adjacent fully tiled shower room.

Upstairs, is the galleried landing area with truly amazing views from the open aspect windows. The beautiful Master double bedroom has a ladies dressing area and full en-suite bath/shower room. Two very attractive and welcoming twin bedrooms with whitewashed maraize bookshelves, share an adjacent full shower room. Mellow cream terracotta tiles and coved lighting create further relaxation. A few metres from the poolside terrace is the lovely casita/annexe with an open plan seating area, one twin bedroom, plus extra bed if required, and en-suite mozaic tiled shower room. This room is ideal for teenagers or your Aupair/Nanny. Utility room with washing machine. Central heating for early and late season rentals as required. |

 The well maintained grounds and idyllic location combined with the mature wooded background provide a completely natural setting for the mozaic tiled swimming pool with Roman steps, poolside shower, all surrounded by furnished maraize stone sun terraces - ideal for total relaxation. To one corner is the brick built BBQ where you can cook your freshly caught fish and enjoy a memorable meal on the covered poolside dining terrace. During the season you can also pick your own bananas. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
