Reached along a single track, Son Perello is a charming `stone clad` country cottage set amidst a completely quiet and tranquil setting - ideal for a memorable and relaxed holiday. The local 'Caves' are well worth a visit as is the local village of Campanet with its attractive `village plaza`. Here you will find local shops and some excellent restaurants specialising in Mallorca cuisine. |

This quaint cottage is comfortably furnished throughout with a wealth of beamed ceilings and cooling terracota tiles. Upon entering from the front door is the living/dining room with feature fireplace leading into the farmhouse style kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas hob, and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. The First double bedroom has open plan seating area and adjacent shower room - a side door opens to the poolside gardens.

One single bedroom completes the downstairs accommodation. Upstairs is solely given to the Master double bedroom with views across undulating countryside and has en-suite bath/shower room. All bedrooms have free-standing - cooling fans. Central heating for early/lates lets. FOR 2007 TWO MAIN BEDROOMS WITH AIR CONDITIONING. |

| SURROUNDINGS - FURTHER INFORMATION - PRICES |
 A special feature of the gardens is the `Bosque` (shaded woodland) offering welcome shade from the summer sun. The swimming pool (with steps) is set in a corner of the mature lavender scented gardens with Palm and citrus trees. The rear terrace is an ideal area for alfresco dining and to enjoy a freshly cooked BBQ. Surrounding the property are open fields with Olive. Almond and Algaroba groves. ONE GROUP B CAR WITH A/C IS INCLUDED.
