The very helpful owner, a reknowned art collector, has taken the greatest care in designing this ultra modern villa to provide families with a very cool, relaxing and comfortable home from home. Solid oak doors lead into the entrance hall and further into the large dining room/lounge with AIR CONDITIONING, PLAYSTATION 2 with two handsets, Satellite TV, DVD player, feature fireplace, a relaxing area with comfortable sofas and direct access to the pool terraces. The ultra modern kitchen has all conceivable modern requirements including an extra large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/infra red hob, wine rack, walk-in pantry and side door to the garden terrace. The first bedroom has twin beds and adjacent shower room. Maids laundry room with washing machine.

Stairs lead up to the gallery area and into the very impressive master bedroom with four poster bed (2m -1.6m), fitted wardrobes, safety deposit box, full en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail and direct access to the private upper sun terrace. Two further double bedrooms are very tastefully furnished, share one full bath/shower room and have the added bonus of a delightful sun terrace with pool and garden views.
PERSONAL HAIRDRYER IN EACH BATHROOM. Throughout, this villa has cooling terracotta tiles and is very comfortable furnished with many objects d`art, the owners abstract paintings and top quality furnishings with the added bonus of central heating for early and late season holidays. Highly recommended for our most discerning clients.

 The gardens are immaculately maintaind by the owners son who is a well known landscape gardener. The individually shaped 10m mozaic tiled, floodlit swimming pool has child friendly steps, comfortably furnished sun terraces with grassed areas, poolside shower and delightful gardens with olive , palm, citrus trees and in season you can pick your own bananas! The large covered veranda is an ideal alfresco dining area to enjoy those tasty BBQ meals whilst overlooking the floodlit pool and gardens.
