| ACCOMMODATION |
 Upon entering through the oak-studded front door is the hallway, leading directly into the expansive living/dining room with cushioned sofas, Satellite TV, DVD and twin French doors opening to the sun drenched furnished sun terraces. Excellent meals are assured from your own `Masterchef` kitchen affording all modern requirements including - dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas hob, full surround eye-level cupboards, breakfast area, walk in pantry and as an added bonus you have direct access to the BBQ casita and poolside terraces. The separate house-keepers laundry room houses the washing machine.
BEDROOM 1 - is an attractive twin bedroom with full EN-SUITE shower room.
An inner stone archway leads to the marble staircase leading upto the Galleried landing where an extra bed can be added if required.
Upstairs; BEDROOM 2 - is the romantic Master double bedroom with EN-SUITE bath/shower room and far reaching sea views.
BEDROOM 3 - very spacious twin bedroom with poolside views.
BEDROOM 4 - pleasant twin bedroom with picture windows affording distant sea views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share one full bath/shower room and have direct access to the upper sun terrace.
All bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING, are comfortably furnished and have fitted or free-standing wardrobes.
WHEELCHAIRS. Es Serral is suitable for most wheelchair users where the land surrounding the house is mainly flat. The width of the doorway to the downstairs bathroom/toilet is 66 centimetres. There is one step from the pool terrace to the interior where there is one further step onto the tiled floor. Please contact our office for further assistance. |
| SURROUNDINGS - FURTHER INFORMATION - PRICES |
 Outside the magnificent floodlit swimming pool has Roman steps & furnished sun terraces with reclining sun loungers adjacent to the impressive BBQ casita with a large dining terrace overlooking the pool, washing facilities & shower room. This is an ideal entertainment area for sipping afternoon minted teas whilst listening to the pools lapping waters or enjoying evening cocktails before al-fresco dining. The local village of S'Horta has a weekly farmers market offering personal handcrafts and an abundance of local fruit and vegetables.
